Pizza Lunch Order Form

Pizza Fridays! Below, you can order cheese pizza for $2 a slice from Domino’s to be delivered to your child at lunch each Friday. Orders due no later than the end of the day on Wednesday of the week you want pizza.

This year, we have added online order forms to help streamline the process for everyone. This online ordering system is the only place available for orders. Please fill out one for each child. Your TADS account will be billed at the end of each month.
