RMS Parent Teacher Association

A community built on service, friendship, and faith.

PTA MISSION STATEMENT

To serve the staff, parents and children in building community with purpose, social activities, and spiritual support.

Purpose: to nurture, support, and uplift every child in our school by bringing parents together to create an environment where families feel seen, valued, and connected – not just within the walls of our school, but in the moments and relationships that extend beyond them.

Social Activities: Plan events to foster friendships and belonging through service and collaboration to strengthen our purpose because we believe that when we come together as a community, our children thrive.

Spiritual Support: Nurturing the faith life of our community through the Mass, communal prayer, and devotions rooted in the liturgical year, to support RMS’s mission and deepen our shared life in Christ.

Onboarding New Families to RMS: Be a resource for new families to RMS, assisting new families to connect with community, answering questions, and finding essential information

Volunteer And Fundraising Requirements for all Families

RMS depends on the help and cooperation of parents to assist with tasks and programs throughout the school year. This assistance helps keep tuition reasonable while building school spirit and a family atmosphere. There's no better way to show your child that their school experience matters than by giving your time and energy to its mission.

Each family has two separate annual requirements. These are independent requirements — completing one does not fulfill the other.
