RMS is pleased to present a variety of summer camps to enrich the lives of your children! Notes: Campers may select to attend one or more camps. Each “Passport Camp” week may be selected individually. Availability is limited; enroll early to ensure a spot for your child! All camps will run based on interest.

Good Shepherd Camp will be a prayer-filled and joyful journey for young children toward a deeper relationship with their Good Shepherd. Lessons will include the Kingdom of God parables, articles of the Mass, liturgical colors, and more! Fun crafts and communal prayer services, balanced with ample opportunities for individual work time with materials from the Atrium, are sure to foster a greater appreciation of our many gifts from God. Please note: This camp is designed for children who would otherwise not be able to participate in an Atrium program; it is not intended for those who are enrolled in one during the school year.
- Dates: August 9 – 13
- Times: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
- Cost: 1st child $150, 2nd child $125, 3rd child $100
- Ages: 3 to 7; must be toilet trained, please!
- Limit: 15 children (depending on demand, another session may be added in the second week of August)
- Snack: Campers should bring a small, non sugar snack.
- Program Director: This camp will be facilitated by Jenny Luetkemeyer, who has been trained in both 3-6 and 6-9 levels of the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd and has nearly fifteen years of catechesis experience. She will be assisted by two of her daughters, who are students at Seton School and who each have 6 + years of Atrium experience of their own.

Campers will be introduced to various types of art from around the world. They will be exposed to different cultures and talk about similarities, differences, and influences. Various artists, movements, and styles will be discussed as pertinent to the culture. Campers will be exposed to various fine art media including: watercolor paint, tempera paint, gauche paint, charcoal, oil pastel, clay, and paper Mache, origami paper, printing ink; and proper technique will be emphasized. Each day of the week will focus on a different element of art (ex. Mondays line, Tuesdays color, etc.) Other areas of art will be covered through the learning of dances, songs, poems, performance of skits, and exposure to different types of music.
Each weeklong camp is run as its own unit; two different continents will be covered each week. Campers may select to attend as many camps in any combination that they wish.

- July 26-30: North & South America
- Times: 9:00 am to 2:30 pm
- Cost: 1st child- $250, 2nd child $225, 3rd child-$200
- Ages: 7-10
- Limit: Slots are available for up to 25 children
- Snack and Lunch: A small snack will be provided; campers should bring their lunch.
- Program Director: This program will be led by Gina Nino de Nightingale, a RMS Children’s House assistant with an Associate’s Degree in fine arts with a concentration in painting, experience in drawing media, and ceramics. Gina has more than 9 years experience working with children, including teaching elementary art and summer camps. She will be assisted by Natasha Martin, the elementary and atrium assistant at RMS.

Immerse your child in all things French for a week this summer. The children will be introduced to the French language through semi-immersion during the week as well as some reading and writing. Children will also learn French games, songs and dance. The language, the culture, the dances, the cuisine; your child will learn about everything French, and have fun doing it!

- Times: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
- Cost: 1st child $150, 2nd child $125, 3rd child $100
- Ages: 6 to 12
- Limit: Slots are available for up to 25 children (depending on demand, another session is planned for the week of July 19th)
- Snack: Campers should bring a small, non sugar snack.
- Program Director: This camp will be taught by RMS parent Patricia Garvey Seoh, a retired professional ballet dancer, certified Pilates instructor, mother of five and recent resident of Strasbourg, France. She will be assisted by Chiara Kay Seoh.
